Meet your practitioner
Jani Quirinale · CMT
Jani is a Certified Massage Therapist and a Monterey Peninsula native. After years away raising her son, she returned to the coast to build a quiet, hands-on practice rooted in Traditional Chinese & Taoist bodywork.
Her training spans Five Branches University (San Jose), Chi Nei Tsang University (Berkeley), and Medical Qi Gong through Sacred Path Medicine (Sedona, AZ). In session she blends myofascial release, gentle abdominal & visceral bodywork, and breath- and nervous-system–calming touch — a functional, mind-body approach that meets tension, stress and held emotion where the body actually holds them.
She opened her Carmel Valley practice in 2021. Jani works within a massage therapist's scope — complementary bodywork to help you feel easier and more settled, not a diagnosis or a substitute for medical care.

Toolkit
Your private space to develop the science behind each approach — what it is, the solution you deliver, an honest grade of the evidence, real references, and safety cautions. Build defensible healing plans here; the science you curate will be published to the client-facing pages when you're ready.
Plan Builder
Pick a client's goals; get a draft multi-session plan that maps each goal to evidence-graded modalities, a cadence, and home care. Edit before sharing — this is a starting point, not a prescription.
1 · Client goals
Select one or more goals, then generate a plan. Recommended modalities are pulled from the Toolkit tab so every suggestion has a stated evidence level.
Plan Builder Templates
Plans you build & save are archived here — use the toggle on each to choose whether clients can see it or it's just for youTCM diagnostic library — TEN (Tongue · Eye · Nail) + Nan Jing pulse
The TEN method reads the tongue, eyes and nails as mirrors of Qi, Blood, Yin/Yang, fluids and organ function; the Nan Jing pulse method maps three positions (Cun · Guan · Chi) across three depths (Fu · Zhong · Chen) into nine diagnostic fields. Pull any of these into a client self-observation guide or a SOAP documentation template in the . Items marked SOAP-only stay in your notes and are never shown to clients.
+ Add your own observation to the library
Create a new finding under an existing area or a brand-new category, with a description and whether clients can see it. It appears in the library and the Plan Builder right away.
